Hello, I’m Joanna, I am located in Lake Forest, servicing anyone looking for a women’s and men’s stylist! With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry I’ve dedicated my career to the art of effortless, natural beauty. I’ve continued to hone my skills by building on connection, artistry, and education. Over the years, I’ve specialized in lived-in color, those seamless blends and sun-kissed tones that look just as good growing out as they do fresh from the chair. As far as women’s haircuts go I have continued to keep up on the latest trends and techniques to bring you a style that feels like you! I’m also a licensed barber, bringing precision and detail to every cut and style. I also offer straight razor shaves and waxing. As an educator and expert for Hotheads Hair Extensions, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my craft with other stylists across the industry, helping them elevate their skills and confidence while continuing to grow my own. I am well versed in most extension methods, sew in wefts, tape ins, k-tips. Please feel free to message me with any questions. Cancellation Policy

Chroma Hair Studio Policies Appointments •By appointment only (no walk ins) •Please arrive on time; a 15+ minute delay may result in a cancellation fee and or loss of deposit Deposits and Payments •Non-refundable deposit required upon booking color, and extension services (deposits will be applied to your total payment) •Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card accepted (please note there is an added 2.6% fee for card payments) Returns •Products purchased from Chroma Hair Studio may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt (no refunds) Cancellations •Please Cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment •Late cancellation or no-shows will forfeit deposit, and/or be subject to paying a late cancellation or no-show fee of 50% of your scheduled service cost Guests •If someone is accompanying you they are welcome to wait in the lobby, this helps maintain a clean and focused work space Health & Safety •Please do not come to your appointment sick, if we need to reschedule, I will be more than happy to accommodate you but please be aware of my time and give me as much notice as possible •I reserve the right to refuse service if there are any signs of infection or open wounds
